Brother Creates Pacific Sales Hub and Jobs in Fiji

With over 20 years of investment in the Fijian market, Brother International (NZ) Ltd (Brother) has appointed Pacific Brothers Distributor Pte LTD as their new official distributor for the region.
This strategic move aims to expand Brother’s product range and drive growth, particularly in the business-to-business market, by partnering with a distributor that fully understands and meets the needs of the local Fijian market.
Pacific Brothers brings extensive experience in the print industry and a strong focus on customer service and support.

This includes the introduction of 24/7 support for all users across Fiji, focusing on customer satisfaction and remote support, achieving 80% remote resolution of issues.
The company also plans to invest 10 per cent of its profits in child poverty alleviation and education.

“Brother is a strong Japanese company with global reach, good culture, and values, and a determination to play a good role as an international citizen.
“I am very impressed to see that 10% of the after-tax profits of this venture are going to be injected straight back into the neediest end of the community that it’s there to serve,” he said.
Mr Murray also commended Brother’s leadership in environmental sustainability, including a four-year buyback arrangement.
He concluded by expressing gratitude for the partnership and the warm relationships built in Fiji.
