At a coalition parties’ Thanksgiving Prayer Function in Sydney, Australia, former Fiji Ambassador Robin Nair spoke about Fiji’s “race problem” as an “unfinished business” left by Fiji’s colonizers.

He called it an “intrinsic and a festering problem that needs to be confronted and solutions found”.

He said that ‘‘we still live in racial silos, each race finding their security in their race.
