Vili Sitiveni of Vio Island, Lautoka was grateful to cast his vote at the pre-polling venue on Tuesday. However, the 78-year-old amputee faced accessibility issues due to his disability.
Mr Sitiveni is a diabetic patient and has been living with an amputated leg for two years now.
“Where we are staying is 10 metres away from the pre-poll venue so I had to take a long rest after voting because of the distance,” he said.
