All decisions that were made on Tuesday were invalid. This includes the decision to join The People's Alliance (PA) and National Federation Party (NFP) coalition.

The Registrar of Political Parties, Mohammed Saneem, has labelled the SODELPA management board meeting with political parties held on Tuesday at the Yue Lai Hotel in Suva as "non-compliance".

This was confirmed in a letter to the Social Democratic Liberal Party's (SODELPA) Registered Officer and General Secretary, Lenaitasi Duru.

As a result, Mr Duru said another management board meeting was expected to take place by the end of this week.
