The families who lost their loved ones in the horrific accident along Queens Road in Wainiyaba, Serua last Friday have been urged to reach out to the Accident Compensation Commission Fiji (ACCF) for possible compensation.
ACCF expressed condolences to the families and loved ones of the individuals who have passed away.
ACCF chief executive officer Parvez Akbar said while the actual cause of the accident will be determined on completion of the Police investigation, it was concerned that the accident occurred as a result of the driver allegedly driving at a high speed and failing to negotiate a bend, resulting in a head-on collision with an oncoming bus.
