The call to integrate oceans into the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change is well underway.
And how fitting that what used to be a house of solace and prayer, saw the gathering of ocean friends from across the Pacific and the world.
The former church building that is now the University of Glasgow’s Sir Charles Wilson Building heard from leaders whose lives have revolved around oceans and what it bore. It was the perfect setting to hear of declarations to carry the voices of our people, our children, our plight, and our fight.
