Couple Assist Kids With Free Lunches
The two served chicken palau to students and plan to visit more schools in the Western Division in the coming weeks.

Naazrin Nisha and her husband Abdul Nazim provided lunch for more than 90 students of Wairabetia Muslim Primary School, Lautoka on Friday to assist families struggling during this period.
The two served chicken palau to students and plan to visit more schools in the Western Division in the coming weeks.
“We distributed 90 food packs and juice today. The school roll is about 97 including the kindergarten (Early Childhood Education), we fed almost all the students,” Ms Nisha said.

“Due to this pandemic, some parents can’t afford lunch for their children,” she said.
“We have also provided lunch to other schools like Mulomulo Muslim Primary School in Nadi; today (Friday) we thought we would provide lunch for these children.”
“We are targeting schools in rural or semi-rural areas.
“We know it is hard for some parents because most are struggling during this time; so we thought to assist the students and their parents,” she said.
“We also appreciate our sole donor who finances the ingredients and his name is Irshad Khan from Brisbane, Australia.
“My husband and I cook lunch for the students to enjoy.”
Ms Nisha added that Mr Khan had also assisted in the provision of lunches for students attending Vuniyasi District School in Nadi, Ratu Saimoni Primary School in Ba and Saint Thomas Kindergarten in Lautoka.
