The Nadi Magistrates Court has ordered a Fijian-born TikTok commentator to delete her account completely.
The accused, Anisa Khatoon Gwaizda, 61, of Sydney, Australia, is charged with two counts of causing harm by posting electronic communication, contrary to section 24 (1) and (2) (a) of the Online Safety Act, 2018.
She appeared before Magistrate Peni Dalituicama for the bail hearing.

The accused was released on bail, but only under strict terms, including a $750 cash bail bond.
The accused was ordered by the court to permanently delete her TikTok account, as well as any other comparable video sites with significant content.
She was ordered to stay away from social media, not to be involved in any criminal activities and not to interfere with state witnesses.
Bail variation
In a separate matter, on bail variation ruling, the count heard that it was satisfied for the genuine ground for the accused to visit her son who is sick in Australia.
Magistrate Dalituicama told the court that the matter needed to be taken seriously due to the fines and imprisonment details around it.
The court heard that the accused was to submit $2,500 as an additional surety.
The case was adjourned to March 8 for plea.
