From 9am today, families who live in the lockdown areas and need to access this emergency food supply can call toll-free number 161.
The Ministry of Health has arranged for the delivery of food packs to families throughout the lockdown area.
Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Health Dr James Fong assured Fijians through a press conference last night that food packs are for families who run out of food.

He said delivery will be made throughout the course of the weekend.
“Please be patient, your calls will be answered. To keep things efficient, please make sure you have details, like your name, location and number of family members, readily available.”
