Taxi drivers must make sure that they follow all advisories by the Ministry of Health for the safety of others, says Fiji Taxi Association president Raben Singh.
Mr Singh said taxi drivers could not enter other containment areas to drive.
There are rumours that some taxi drivers in Suva were allowed into the Lami containment area to drive.

“At the moment all we can do is stay within our own containment area and drivers are to drive within their containment areas,” Mr Singh said.
“This is the time for people to use their common sense. One good example is India; if we do not listen to the advisories from the Ministry of Health then everyone will suffer.”
