Daughter Describes Seeing Mum Struck By Vehicle

Akesa Nace could not hold back her tears as she described how she saw her mother being hit by a vehicle which claimed her life at Kilikali Settlement in Nasinu.

The mother of five Iliseva Valamalua, 59, was on her way to buy soap powder from a shop in Nadawa when the accident occurred last Friday night.

Ms Nace described her mother as someone who was jovial and kind.
