Debunked!

Some of the fake news circulating on social media re­lated to the 2022 General Election have been de­bunked by Fiji Sun.

Social media blogger and creator of Grub­sheet, Graham Davis, was called out by the Fiji Independent Com­mission Against Cor­ruption, after he claimed that the organisation’s Commissioner, Rashmi Aslam, had fled the country.

The post claimed that Mr Aslam was bound for Sri Lanka hours before Election Day (refer to screenshot).
