“Mr Peters will be calling on the President, the Acting Prime Minister and his new counterpart in the foreign affairs portfolio, Mr Inia Seruiratu,” Mr Curr said.
“This is a great opportunity for the two ministers to get together to meet and talk about some of the initiatives that we have going in the Fiji-New Zealand bilateral relationship at the moment.
“Ms Carmel Sepuloni will be meeting with her own counter- parts in the Fijian Government and she is also expected to meet with the Pacific Disability Forum in Nadi which is holding a conference next week.”
Meanwhile, the New Zealand Minister for Pacific Peoples Aupito William Sio will be meeting with the Minister for Health, Dr Ifereimi Waqainabete.
Mr Curr said the visit was part of New Zealand’s Pacific Reset programme that Mr Peters had announced in March last year.
Fiji will be the first stop on the delegation’s Pacific visit and they are arriving in Fiji on the 26th of this month.
