Dr Waqainabete Boosts CWM Staff Morale With Daily Visit
Dr Waqainabete revealed this during a recent interview saying it was important to show his appreciation and care for the staff members.

Minister for Health and Medical Services Dr Ifereimi Waqainabete says he hopes that his daily visits to the CWM Hospital will boost medical and staff members’ morale.
Dr Waqainabete revealed this during a recent interview saying it was important to show his appreciation and care for the staff members.
He said he goes to the hospital at 7am.

“You can imagine someone who has been working the whole night and that person feels very tired in the morning and the Minister comes with greetings,” said Dr Waqainabete.
“I am hopeful that it will help them grow and make them happy. I hope that makes them look forward to another day.
“I also go there to see what is going on. I must say that our people are working as hard as they can.”
He said the ministry had a significant number of doctors and nurses in the hospitals whose productivity and efficiencies were better than before.
“Sometimes staff look exhausted. Going through the corridor is important and I also get ideas on the changes which need to be done.”
Dr Waqainabete, a top surgeon, said that he had also assisted in surgeries.
