Drivers In Fatal Accidents Not Yet Charged

Drivers involved in two separate fatal accidents on Taveuni Island are yet to be charged.

This was confirmed by the Police spokesperson Wame Bautolu yesterday.

On April 15, Shiu Karan, 53, died after the vehicle he was travelling in with five passengers, veered off the road and tumbled at Blue Corner.

The driver was one of the advisory counsellors of Taveuni Island.
