If something happens to me out at sea, please do not cry for me.
These were the last words Rajendra Raj said to his wife, Minalta Devi on Friday morning.
Mr Raj, 56, who lived at Votualevu in Nadi, was a boat captain and fisherman. He is now the country’s latest drowning victim.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said a fishing trip ended tragic for five men after their captain allegedly drowned in the waters off Malolo Island.
Ms Naisoro said they encountered rough seas, causing their boat to capsize.
