Dudley High School Esther Is First In Family To Be Dux

Esther Naua’s name will be the talk of her fam­ily for many generations after she became the family’s first top achiever.

The dux of Dudley High School said: “Being the head­girl and focusing on school work at the same time was not so easy for me.

She said she was fortunate to have supportive parents and teachers who had motivated her to prioritise her leadership role and study goals.

“Without them, I would not come this far,” she said.

Her mother, Repeka Naua, said she was super excited and overwhelmed by her daugh­ter’s achievement.

“I thank God for the wisdom and knowledge he instilled in my daughter. My daughter is very hardworking.

“This is something new in the family. No one has brought such achievement home and I am so proud of Esther.”
