Early Christmas For Savasi Island Resort

After so many years, the staff of Savasi Island Resort in Savusavu celebrated Christmas early this month.

Savasi Island Resort reservations manager Fiona Savenkov said their Christmas cel­ebration this year held a particularly special meaning to all staff, as they had not been able to celebrate together in this way over the last couple of years.

“It made us all realise we cannot take for granted the joy and peace we receive from sharing special moments together and cel­ebrating together with family and friends, so the overwhelming feeling this year was grati­tude,” Ms Savenkov said.

“To us, Christmas is a time to reflect on the blessings of the past year, look with hope and faith to the future, show our sincere gratitude to each person who contributes to the success of the business and take a moment out of our busy days to give thanks to God and relax in each other’s company.”
