EFL Maintains Relationship With Unions

Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) has engaged discussions with its two unions to ensure a harmonious relation­ship.

Some 54.16 per cent of EFL employees, are members of the two unions, namely Fiji Elec­tricity Workers Association (FEWA) and the Construction Energy & Timer Workers Union of Fiji (CETFU).

EFL has on set intervals en­gaged with both the unions since 2015 to ensure that the em­ployees’ log of claims (LOC) are addressed amicably with practi­cal resolutions in order to main­tain harmonious relationship
