EFL Maintains Relationship With Unions

Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) has engaged discussions with its two unions to ensure a harmonious relationship.
Some 54.16 per cent of EFL employees, are members of the two unions, namely Fiji Electricity Workers Association (FEWA) and the Construction Energy & Timer Workers Union of Fiji (CETFU).
EFL has on set intervals engaged with both the unions since 2015 to ensure that the employees’ log of claims (LOC) are addressed amicably with practical resolutions in order to maintain harmonious relationship
