Emelini Aipopo is still trying to come to terms with the death of her younger brother, Jone Leuli, who was found floating in the Suva Habour last Thursday morning.
The late Mr Leuli, 48, of Lakeba, Lau, was described by Ms Aipopo as a kind and happy man.
Police confirmed that the case has been classified as drowning.

Ms Aipopo said the last time she saw her brother was in the early hours of last Tuesday.
“Every day he would say good morning to me before he leaves home and on that morning he didn’t,” Ms Aipopo said.
“My brother just lost his wife a couple of months ago and now he is no more. I miss him and wish that his death is just a bad dream.”
Ms Aipopo said Mr Leuli was someone she could always rely on.
“Whenever I wanted anything, I would tell him, and he will buy it but now I would not hear his voice anymore,” she said.
“My brother who lives in the West will come home and we will discuss our brother’s funeral.”
