Faiz Khan Dies At Age 43

Fiji Airports and Fiji Pine Group has lost a visionary leader in Faiz Khan. He died in Brisbane, Australia after a short illness yesterday morning. He was 43. Mr Khan was admitted at the Lautoka Hospital on Sunday before he was airlifted to Brisbane.

A statement from Fiji Airports and Fiji Pine Group of Companies said he was “one of Fiji’s finest executive chairman, chairman and chief executive officers. We have lost a dear friend and an amazing person who shaped the success of both organisations.

“The entire Fiji Airports and Fiji Pine Group family is grieving the loss of our mentor and leader. Faiz has left us all so suddenly but his legacy remains.”

He is survived by his wife Jaucinta and their two sons, Omar and Rayn.
