Close family and relatives devastated by the shocking news of Mohammed Aziz.
A family is grieving after receiving the devastating news that the body of their only brother and son was found at Soasoa River yesterday.
The body of Mohammed Aziz was found floating nearby the mangroves after a search by people living nearby noticed his boat was unattended to.
Speaking to Fiji Sun, his sister Roselyn said that her brother Aziz was packing ice for his fishing trip but a witness had noticed something amiss when he saw the boat on a different direction to where it was supposed to be and the boat engine was still running.

The witness ran and informed Roselyn as she lives close by.
Attempts to contact the emergency number 917 proved futile.
Divisional Police Commander Northern (DPC) Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Eparama Waqa confirmed that Police was conducting its investigation and awaiting the results of the post mortem examination.
