A yaqona farmer’s daughter was the only graduate among 86 students to scoop all the awards in Bachelor of Nursing Science during the Sangam Institute of Technology College of Nursing and Health Care Education at the Civic Centre in Labasa yesterday.

Priyashna Prerna Lal received Academic Excellence in Department of Nursing Knowledge and Mental Health, Academic Excellence in Department of Nursing Practice, Academic Excellence in Department of Population Health, Academic Excellence in Department of Personal Professional Development and Research and Overall Academic Excellence.

The youngest of two siblings is originally from Vunivau.
