A Nadi man, who allegedly urged people to gather at the Elections National Counting Centre to challenge the electoral process, denied ever doing so.

Ferrel Khan appeared before Magistrate Shelyn Kiran in the Magistrates Court in Suva yesterday was charged with one count of Malicious Act.

It is alleged that on December 16, he maliciously published a Facebook post on his personal account in a prejudicial manner calling on people to congregate.
