Fiji Eats takes its commitment to safety and customer satisfaction very seriously. With the current threat presented to Fiji after the spread of community cases of the COVID-19 virus after maintaining a COVID contained status for over a year, we have reviewed our operations to ensure we maintain our commitment to the highest level of safety.

During these difficult times Fiji Eats will continue to work closely with our restaurant partners in Nadi and Lautoka to ensure their updated operations hours and menus remains available to our customers. All our drivers are equipped with personal protective gear to reduce the risk of spread of the virus. Drivers are required to wear mask and carry hand sanitizers to be used before and after making any contact with restaurant operators and customers. We are also encouraging our customers in the west to use our online payment gateways and mPaisa options to reduce risk of contact instead of using cash and EFTPOS payments methods.

Our goal remains to provide an alternative meal option to our customers while helping our restaurant partners to generate incremental revenue, while maintaining the highest level of safety and customer satisfaction.
