Fiji Government Owes USP $116m
Minister for Finance Biman Prasad confirmed yesterday that the initial $10m payment to the university was disbursed yesterday.

The Fiji Government will owe the University of the South Pacific (USP) $116 million in unpaid grant by June 30, 2023.
This was revealed by Vice-Chancellor Professor Pal Ahluwalia during his welcoming ceremony on Tuesday.
He said Government had stopped paying the grant since 2019.
