Fiji Police: 1 Year Old Baby's Body Found In Well

A 1 year old child is believed to be the country's latest drowning victim.

The child was found floating inside a well in Naikaiwaga village in Namara, Tailevu yesterday afternoon by his elder brother.

The circumstances surrounding the child's death is under investigation.

The drowning toll currently stands at 18 compared to 21 for the same period last year.
