Fiji Police Probe Two University Of the South Pacific Staff

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said Ms Fong was questioned by the Criminal Investigations Department yesterday in regards to the alleged COVID-19 related breach.

Police have questioned and released University of the South Pacific senior librarian Elizabeth Reade Fong yesterday.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro said Ms Fong was questioned by the Criminal Investigations Department yesterday in regards to the alleged COVID-19 related breach.

Ms Fong was an active staff representative during the protest at USP after the suspension of USP Vice-Chancellor Professor Pal Ahluwalia.

Another USP staff, Ilima Finiasi was also questioned by the CID yesterday afternoon.
