Police officers from the Eastern Division are currently at Naselai Beach, Kiuva conducting a search for a 15-year-old student who was swept away while swimming with his older brother.
The incident occurred after 1pm and the search continues.
Meanwhile a search is currently being conducted by Police officers based at Bua for 2 men who failed to return from a fishing trip yesterday.

The two left at 9am yesterday in a 15 horsepower fibreglass boat and when they failed to return a search was conducted with the assistance of the villagers from Vuya.
