Fiji Roads Authority Begins Works On Lakeba Jetty

A Fiji Roads Authority contractor has moved to Lakeba to carry out the jetty repair works.

In a statement by Fiji Roads Authority, repairs will take approximately two  months and it is anticipated to be completed by mid-April, subject to the prevailing weather conditions.

“During this time, the jetty will be fully operational. We will work to keep disruptions to a minimum.

“Members of the public are advised to please be mindful of construction machinery and equipment that will be used for these repair works.”
