Mr Reddy’s resignation came into effect from January 26, 2023.

Pursuant to Section 20 (1) of the Electoral Act 2014, the Speaker of Parliament, Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu has given a notice that the seat of Mr Reddy became vacant when pursuant to Section 63 (1)(a) of the Constitution of the Republic of Fiji, he resigned from Parliament.
Mr Reddy’s resignation came into effect from January 26, 2023.
