Fire Destroys Head Teacher's Quarters In The Cakaudrove Province

Police are investigating a case where a head teacher’s quarters in the Cakaudrove Province was destroyed in a fire.

Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed that the incident happened on Saturday afternoon.

“The head teacher of Mabuco Catholic Primary School was living in the quarters around the school compound,” Ms Naisoro said.

“The quarters was completely destroyed with its content.”

She said the cause of the fire was unknown.

“The report was made at Savusavu Police Station."
