Tevita was found lifeless with visible injuries on Sunday morning along the Queens Road near Waibogi in Sigatoka.
The father-to-be was expecting his first child in the coming months and had planned to name the baby after him if it was a boy.

The couple had been eagerly anticipating their wedding ceremony set to take place next month.
Police spokesperson, Ana Naisoro, confirmed the alleged hit and run incident and urged anyone with relevant information to contact Crime Stoppers on 919.
Ms Likutabua’s sister Meresiana Naitube, recounted that on Saturday afternoon, her brother-in-law (victim) had visited his family in Voua Village, a routine he followed on weekends.
The following morning, two men from the village informed Ms Naitube and her sister (victim’s partner) about the incident.
