FRA’s Work On Bypass Road Project On Hold

Works on the much an­ticipated Labasa bypass road project are now on hold.

This was confirmed by the Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) chief ex­ecutive officer Kamal Prasad on Friday.

He said this also includes the de­sign and surveying work.

“While the Labasa bypass road project is on hold, FRA focuses on the Labasa Bridge replacement programme which is part of the 40 bridges and three jetties for Fiji,” Mr Prasad said.
