A Ministry of Housing and Local Government driver who caused an accident in Navua on Sunday has been released on strict bail conditions.
Tomu Lagilagi, 48, appeared before Magistrate Safaira Ratu at the Magistrates Court in Suva on Tuesday.
He is charged with one count of driving with excess alcohol beyond the prescribed limit in his system and one count of dangerous driving causing bodily harm.
