Did you receive good grades but face financial difficulty to pay off your tertiary tuition for your final units?
From today, the Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS) has opened an application for Tuition Only Hardship Assistance Scholarship Scheme.
A total of 2600 applicants stand to benefit from this initiative that was approved in the 2023-2024 National Budget.

TSLS chief executive officer Hasmukh Lal said: “The intention of the hardship scheme is to assist private students with good quality pass rate to complete the programme on time.
“All applications are to be made to TSLS using the Tuition Only Hardship Assistance Scheme Application Form, with the required documents listed in the application form.”
The applications for the scheme will close on September 29, 2023.
