Havea676 to host UB40’s Big Love Tour in Nadi
The Tongan-born comedian, who is based in Brisbane, said it was a special moment to be sharing the stage with the legendary reggae band.

Brisbane-based comedian Ilai Havea Matangi, commomnly known as Havea676 will take on the role of master of ceremonies when UB40 featuring Ali Campbell performs at King Charles Park in Nadi today as part of the Big Love Tour.
The Tongan-born comedian, who is based in Brisbane, said it was a special moment to be sharing the stage with the legendary reggae band.
“Two years ago, I was singing like a 16-year-old in the crowd at a UB40 concert,” he said.
“Today, I get the absolute pleasure of sharing the stage with them. This is a dream come true for me.”

Havea said he and his family were grateful for the warm welcome they had received since arriving in Fiji.
Concert organisers said they were excited to have Havea as host, noting that his humour and connection with Pacific audiences would add to what is expected to be an unforgettable night.
