Head Boy Hopes This is the First Step To Being A Pilot
As the Head boy of the school I will encourage students from Year One to Eight to work diligently and dream big

Peni Raicula, son of a fisherman was surprised to be inducted as the Head boy of Tabia Sanatan Dharm Primary School in Labasa yesterday.
“If a fisherman’s son can be the first in his family to be the Head boy, I believe anyone can reach to any heights of achievement provided they have faith in God and this is what my father taught me.”
The 13-year-old of Tabia Village in Labasa said this opportunity was a door to his ambition of becoming a pilot.

“My dream is to travel around the world,” Peni said.
“Sometimes when I accompany my father, Eremasi Vakameau to catch fish, I imagine myself flying in the sky.
Many children laugh at my dream when I tell them but I believe nothing is impossible with God.”
“As the Head boy of the school I will encourage students from Year One to Eight to work diligently and dream big,” the eldest of two siblings said.
Head girl, Tania Nath, 13, of Tabia, Labasa thanked the teachers for selecting her as the headgirl.
“There was a selection criteria and whichever student gathered the highest mark was chosen to be the head of the school,” the youngest of two siblings said.
“We have a student roll of 341 with 18 teachers and 24 students in kindergarten.
The chief guest was Fiji National University Labasa campus education lecturer Niranjan Lal.
