Head Girl Credits Achievement To Mother

Manuokepa Ili Monise, 18, says being the child of a single parent has its challenges, but witnessing the strength of her mother motivated her to excel academically.
The Vaitupu, Tuvalu native with maternal links to Naraiyawa, Namosi was badged head girl of Natabua High School in Lautoka and Titifanue Howard named head boy.
The 131 prefects were inducted on March 17 will be tasked to lead the school’s 1134 students.
