The head boy and head girl of Suva Muslim College have dedicated a part of their achievement to a fellow student who died in 2021.
Head boy Abdullah Whippy and head girl Catriona Vonokula were devastated when they heard the news that their classmate, Nanise Sama, had died after having a surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nanise’s brother Filipe Sama said she suffered from a boil, which required surgery.
