Labasa College arts student dux Ryan Prasad says, hard work is the key to success.
This was after he was named top student during the annual prizegiving ceremony in Labasa last Friday.
The 19-year-old of Wailevu, Labasa said although this message was common and for some people it was outdated, for him it had motivated him to achieve the dux award.
The oldest of two siblings scored 370 out of 400 in the Year 13 annual examination.
