Serupepeli Butusomo won’t be able to defend himself, but God is watching, and I know justice will be delivered.
Masilina Ratawa made this statement through tears as she mourned her cousin, Mr Butusomo, who allegedly lost his life in a hit-and-run incident at Qelewaqa, Labasa, around 5am Sunday morning.
“My mother raised him while they lived at Vatudova Village in Labasa,” Ms Ratawa said.
