Working as a housemaid on Taveuni Island has not deterred Maca Finau Hill from standing for Fiji Labour Party (FLP) in the 2022 General Election.
Originally from Savusavu the 61-year-old decided to stand after being approached by FLP leader Mahendra Chaudhry.
“Whenever our leader came to Taveuni, I would prepare his visit to various villages and communities and I like the way he assists people in need,” Mrs Hill said.
