Housing Minister Officiates At Groundbreaking Ceremony

The work of Naqere Estate’s first community hall in Savusavu has begun thanks to the Public Rental Board (PRB).

Naqere Estate has a total of 85 rental housing units following the commissioning of 48 units in 2018 at a total capital investment of $3.9 million.

To date, the estate provides shelter to a population of nearly 400 Fijians.

Minister for Housing and Local Government, Maciu Katamotu, officiated at the PRB’s community hall ground breaking ceremony two weeks ago.
