Hundreds turned up at the Damodar City car park yesterday to celebrate Holi, the Festival of Colours.
The annual event was organised by the Damodar Group, along with their sponsors Coca-Cola, N Studio Fiji, a multi-media company; Vodafone Fiji and other sponsors.
Damodar Group chief executive officer Div Damodar said the Holi festival was a calendar event for Damodar City and Damodar Group.

“Holi is a growing culture not just in Fiji but worldwide. We are blessed to live in a multi-racial country where everyone enjoys each other’s culture and festivities,” Mr Damodar said.
“It was amazing to see so many people take their precious time to come down and enjoy and celebrate Holi.
“We are planning on celebrating more events which will be taking place soon. This is something that we will be bringing to Damodar City Labasa with more events and celebrations for families.”
