IHG Fiji Hotels Raises $50K

FNPF-owned IHG Fiji Hotels are de­lighted to announce that through a SHAVE IT OR SAVE IT campaign in October 2023, 19 team members have raised FJ$50,000 for WOWS Kids Fiji.

The hotels comprise InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, Grand Pacific Hotel, and Holiday Inn Suva.

This exceeded the initial fundraising tar­get of $40,000.

Participants of the fundraising campaign included the executive committee, senior leadership and team members, who pas­sionately raised funds to make a difference.

The campaign featured a diverse group colleagues, including three inspiring fe­male participants, who were determined to raise funds for WOWS Kids Fiji and cre­ate awareness for children who suffer from cancer and their families.

“I am incredibly proud to share that our collective fundraising efforts exceeded ex­pectations, with our team achieving a re­markable $50,000 in donations,” commented Lachlan Walker, Portfolio General Manager – IHG Hotels & Resorts, FNPF Owned Ho­tels.

“This reaffirms our commitment to posi­tively impacting the lives of the people in our community, especially children battling cancer and their families,” he said.

“We would like to thank all our partners who donated towards this important cause and helped us exceed our fundraising goal.”
