In Cuffs: Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum Charged With Abuse Of Office
Former Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum will appear at the Suva Magistrates Court today after being charged with one count of abuse of office.

Former Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum will appear at the Suva Magistrates Court today after being charged with one count of abuse of office.
Mr Sayed-Khaiyum was seen hand-cuffed by police officers as he was escorted from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) in Toorak to the Totogo Police Station yesterday.
He spent the night in police custody.
Related stories
A handful of supporters also gathered outside of the CID office last night as Mr Sayed-Khaiyum was escorted to Totogo.
