The pictures tell it all.
The never-seen-before-images are from what is known to be the biggest public health facility in the Pacific, the Colonial War Memorial (CWM) Hospital.
Amid the disturbing and obvious state of neglect of the infrastructure, are the health professionals, workers and support staff carrying on their duty as best they can.

And it is thanks to the Office of the Prime Minister Press team, the local media were given an uncensored tour of the facilities that aimed at building a better understanding of the works and challenges at the hospital.
