At 90 years old, Josateki Tabaka still makes use of free health checkups near his place of Kuku in Nausori.
He not only has problems with his hearing but also his vision which started getting blurry a few years ago.
On Monday, he took the opportunity to get screened for prostate cancer from the Fiji Cancer Society, along with hundreds of other people.
Related stories
The society was part of the Ministry of Women, Children, Poverty Alleviation’s Rights, Empowerment and Cohesion project team offering various services in Nausori.
