Josivini Sailana has been working for the Fiji Police Force for 29 years, and every day comes with its own challenges.
Being a woman in a male dominated field is not for the faint-hearted, said Ms Sailana.
She started with the organisation as a typist.

And over the years, the 53-year-old climbed the ladder up to being the secretary for the Deputy Commissioner of Police.
“I started at the Fiji Police Force headquarters when it was still at Ratu Sukuna House,” she said.
